Vendor Stall Application

Please have a PDF copy of your current Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Food Business License Certificate (if applicable)., as you will need to attach these with your application.

If you would like to find out stall prices prior to applying, please scroll down the application form and choose your preferred location, stall size, power etc and scroll down to ‘Application Total’.

KEY DATES;
27/03/2026 – First Round Applications Close (Applications received after this date will be added to the waitlist).
22/04/2026 – First Round Application Notifications will be sent
15/05/2026 – First Round Invoice Payments Due
15/05/2026 – Final Round Applications Close (No applications will be accepted after 15/05/2026).
29/05/2026 – Final Round Application Notifications will be sent
12/06/2026 – Final Round Invoice Payments Due
03/07/2026 – Site Allocations will be sent out

Charity Organisation Stall Applications

The Society offers a free 3x3m stall to our local charities, where space permits. If you are an ANCN registered charity organisation please email vendors@mtgravattshow.com.au before submitting an application.

Stall Types 2026

Food & Beverage Vendors
– Goss Green Food & Beverage stalls are located in the Main Food Court overlooking the Main Arena & Nighttime Entertainment
– Standard Food & Beverage stalls are in other areas throughout the grounds including the community stage.

General (Non-Food & Beverage) Vendors
– General Indoor stalls – We are excited to announce this year that we have a limited number of indoor spaces in our Hamlyn-Harris Pavilion.
– General stalls are in other areas throughout the grounds including the community stage.
